  • US DOL: Proposed rule would increase the salary and compensation levels needed for white collar workers to be exempt from overtime from $23,660 per year to $47,892 per year
  • DOJ: New 16-page illustrated guide provides practical, non-legal information that addresses Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act’s general nondiscrimination requirements, such as provisions relating to program accessibility, service animals, communicating with people with disabilities, power-driven mobility devices, and policies and procedures; as well as how the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design apply to existing buildings and facilities, new construction and alterations
